My guess is that the SEC are not happy about not having debt financing (PIPE) in place. It seems clear that the US debt markets didn't get on board back when the GEM financing was announced. We may need to wait until the Europeans get their Critical Raw materials act into gear for some low/no interest financing debt funding and / or grants to get the SEC to approve the NASDAQ listing. Hopefully I'm wrong and we get an effective notice in the next few days from the SEC.

We are also waiting on approvals for the concentrator plant and approvals to start drilling zone 2.
