Any way you look at it Sizzle management hasn’t done a great job convincing their shareholders what they are doing is a good thing….

I get that some redemptions were to be expected….given that the investors signed up to invest in hospitality…. but to not convince 72% of their investors tells me they probably got proposing this deal to their investors wrong…..

It only leaves $45M left, and $25M will go in transaction costs, leaving $20M in cash, which raises the question…can/should it even go ahead..?

Keen to hear your feed back BRProject….. as you are much more familiar with these SPAC deals…hopefully I'm missing something here....

Hope, there is something positive coming soon, coz last 2 years & especially today hasnt been great with the news article, the spac redemption & overall sentiment towards EUR when all stocks have ran 2-3 times in last 2 years, here we are waiting for EUR to atleast reach its ATH, markets have completely ignored BMW/Saudi/Nasdaq/Szzile, they want to see DFS imho!!
