I don't see any tragedy in higher redemptions of Sizzle...

I don't see any tragedy in higher redemptions of Sizzle shareholders, as Critical Metals (CM) may attract additional investors later by the listing date. Usually at SPAC deals a business combination company also receives additional PIPE investments in addition to trust funds.
Let's look at the situation from the other side - EUR preliminary raises USD 45.6m (AUD 65.7m) through Critical Metals for the Wolfsberg project disposing a minority stake to Sizzle shareholders. Let's calculate what is the value of EUR based on USD 45.6m proceeds for Critical Metals.

In the ASX announcement of EUR Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 07.12.2022 It was mentioned on the page of 32 that 74 mln shares in CM will be controlled by EUR, 6.2 mln shares will be controlled by founding stockholders of Sizzle and 15.5 mln shares will be controlled by the public shareholders of Sizzle. So we decrease respectively the number of shares belonged by Sizzle public shareholders to 4.4 mln shares. Therefore the share of EUR in CM at USD 45.6m (AUD 65.7m) proceeds will be 87.2%.

So EUR raises AUD 65.7m giving 13% stake in the Wolfsberg project. For example in April 2022 EUR raised only AUD 30m for almost 17% stake in the company. So listing at NASDAQ will help to achieve significant progress in capital raising conditions compared to Australian market.

P.S.: the above calculation is only preliminary, as the actual amount of proceeds for Critical Metals will be known only after completion of the business combination deal and may differ from my calculations.
