I actually cannot believe the level of delusion here, it's frankly mind boggling at this point.
Nothing has happened at Wolfsberg in a decade.
Tony is currently being investigated by the Australian Federal Police it's all in the news. From the Herald Sun article dated 07/01/23:
"Tony Sage has been accused of bribery and fraud, court document reveal.
Federal Police have accused the millionaire owner of an A League soccer team of bribing an official in Sierra Leone over an iron ore project as part of a decade-long investigation into the mining magnate and his associates, court documents reveal."
The majority of the SPAC investors have now just bailed, now leaving the merger with only $20m ish after costs if it does still go ahead. Aside from listing on the NASDAQ the entire point of the Sizzle merger was to fund the development of Wolfsberg with that promised $140m capital. Have people forgotten that??
Does everyone here still believe that it will be magically listed for a billion dollars on the NASDAQ? That's just laughable.
Has Cyclone Metals repaid the loan from EUR yet?
Everyone talks about BMW but it clearly states the $15m would be prepaid once the conditions are met, which are still years away obviously yet some here seem to think BMW has already paid this and it's a sign of confidence and due diligence! BMW have simply drafted a contract saying that if one day you guys can produce hydroxide, then yeah we'll buy it off you. They're not risking anything whatsoever, they're not paying anything to EUR until it can supply said product, their supposed DD is irrelevant, they're sourcing potential hydroxide from wherever they think they might be able to get it from lol.
Many here seem to think Austria is some kind of banana republic that desperately needs this project and are grateful to have work and the locals will all work for Tony and be happy.... Again, it's utterly ludicrous how naive and daft these comments sound. Austria is a beautiful, wealthy, European nation with culture, history and stringent environmental protection laws and procedures and is in no way desperate for this project to go ahead in any way whatsoever. Locals in the area are clearly not keen on it at all, why would they be? There are already high levels of education and employment, they don't need it. This isn't some mine opening up in a nowhere Aussie outback town with 50% unemployment lol.
Then when the reality of all this starts to hit (like at the top of this page a couple of days ago), some posters even call out to BRProject to ask what to do and what's happening like lost children, I've literally never seen anything like it. As if he has a clue like any one else, he pretends he does, but he doesn't, as I proved a long time back from listing his trail of disastrous other investments before he locked his HC profile. He stated just 6 months ago on another thread that he was new to all this and still learning... Now he talks like Warren Buffett!
Seriously people, wake up. TS is not guiding you to success, this is as dodgy as it gets imo. It's just one desperate lurch to another imo in attempts to find publicity or money with never a scrap of actual progress on the actual lithium project.
The share price and number of buyers vs sellers tells you everything. Stop deluding yourselves, I find this all so bizarre. I haven't commented for some time but at this point I'm actually just fascinated where this is all going to end up tbh which is rather macabre I do admit and apologise for but I just can't understand why some here just can't see what this is and are so aggressive to those who point out anything vaguely factual like MB etc.
Many here like myself have been warning of all this and pointing to all the red flags with fact and reason for so long but have been shouted down by the cult. Some of the comments beggar belief at this point imo
