LONDON, Aug 20 (Reuters) - Northwest European diesel barge refining cracks fell by about 10 cents to $15.86 a barrel on Tuesday, remaining at their lowest since April amid pressure from high imports and a weak economic outlook.

• A total of seven 10ppm diesel barges traded in the Platts window, down from 10 on Monday.
• "The middle distillate market is facing challenges due to high stock levels in the region. However, the start of harvest season and autumn maintenance at refineries are expected to provide some relief for diesel markets," LSEG analyst Rakesh Varma said on Tuesday.
• UK and EU diesel and gasoil imports have reached 1.4 million barrels per day so far this month, Kpler data showed, up from 992,000 bpd in July.
• A fire sparked by a Ukrainian drone attack on a huge diesel depot in Russia's southern Rostov region on Sunday has engulfed more fuel storage tanks, news agencies reported on Tuesday citing local authorities.
• Valero reported maintenance activity on its Houston refinery in the U.S.
