News: Europe Distillates-Diesel margins dip below $20/bbl

LONDON, June 21 (Reuters) - Northwest European diesel barge refining margins fell below $20 a barrel on Friday amid thin trading and after data showed a 2.6% rise in regional stocks.

• Four diesel barges traded in the afternoon window, with Vitol and Shell selling to TotalEnergies and BP.
• U.S. distillate stockpiles, which include diesel and heating oil, fell last week by 1.7 million barrels to 121.6 million barrels, versus expectations for a 300,000-barrel rise, EIA data showed.
• Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) gasoil stocks rose by 2.6% in the week to Thursday to 2.26 million metric tons, data from Dutch consultancy Insights Global showed.
• Demand for gasoline and gasoil in inland markets up the river Rhine firmed on the week after high water levels had hampered navigation earlier in the month.
• Striking workers blocked delivery trucks carrying oil products, including petrol, from leaving the ExxonMobil Chemical France's Port Jerome refinery in northern France on Friday, a CGT-FNME union member told Reuters.
• Ukrainian long-range attack drones struck four Russian oil refineries as well as radar stations and other military targets in Russia in a major attack in the early hours of Friday, Kyiv's military said.
• Diesel and gasoil arrivals into North West Europe and the Mediterranean in June are set to drop from the previous month, LSEG data shows.
• Arrivals are projected to reach 8.46 million metric tons in June, down from 10.3 million tons in May.
