There's two glaring problems with this argument that you're intent on sticking with...
A. IF as you say "We have a Mine. But not permission to use it." Then we are undoubtedly in breach of numerous local and international laws.... by the way - WE DO NOT HAVE A MINE
B. See my prior post re economic viability to which you have already replied "I see your point"

With respect, I would encourage a little more research if your are "just trying to be objective" because it's really not coming across that way.... imo.
