    Dec 9 (Reuters) - Enviromission Ltd (EVM) :

    • Under terms of HOA Valentia has seven days from date of notice to comply
    • Has instructed legal counsel to prepare a formal notice of breach and intention to terminate under terms of HOA with Valentia Co Ltd
    • Valentia has reassured co fund's intended investment of us$10m remains 'definite' with remittance expected to occur 'in days'
