~14% drop in SP looks like a big overreaction to me - the dilution is just a 60M share placement on 7.6B market cap (not that big), and debt is not starting to be repaid for 18 months if I read this correctly. So either this is going to bounce back quickly or the market thinks that EVN have paid way too much for this, or I am missing something here as the deal should be a positive for EVN (certainly better than Red Lake)
