Ahh - just read the announcement more closely and see that the $525M raised was entirely by share placement (I thought it was mainly debt) which explains the heavier dilution effect (more like 7%), but the offering at $3.80 is pretty generous considering where the share price has been heading, so this in my opinion just adds to the dilution further, but not 15% as we are seeing today! This had want to bounce back to $3.80+ pretty soon otherwise EVN have done their existing shareholders a disservice IMHO
