Aug 8 (Reuters) - Evolution Mining Ltd (EVN) :
- Possible divestment of pajingo gold mine (EVN)
- Evaluating possible divestment of its Pajingo gold mine,has recently received offers from third parties wishing to acquire asset
- Says no agreement has been entered into at this stage regarding divestment of the asset
- If co was to proceed with sale of asset it would result in loss on sale in order of about $70 - 80 million
