Recently listed Evolve Education Group Limited (ASX:EVO) says it has acquired 85 early childhood centres as per its prospectus.
The New Zealand based operator and provider of early education says it is continuing with its growth strategy and is currently under contract to purchase another 9 centres for around $11 million bringing the total to 94 early childhood centres under the Evolve umbrella.
After these centres have settled Evolve will continue to identify suitable acquisition targets depending on market conditions.
