Feb 20 (Reuters) - Evz Ltd (EVZ)
- group has negotiated an interest bearing debt reduction with its financier commonwealth bank of australia (cba).
- in addition, cba has also agreed to extend groups banking facility to 30 June 2018.
- CBA has agreed to write down its existing interest bearing debt from $13.3 million to $9 million
- As part of these negotiations group's contingent liability facility with cba has been reduced by $457,500 to $2.8 million
