    • CO AND HCC HAVE SUCCESSFULLY NEGOTIATED PAYMENT TO HCC OF US$9.3 MILLION
    • DEED OF SETTLEMENT WITH RESPECT TO ARBITRAL AWARD INITIALLY ISSUED BY HIGH COURT OF HONG KONG DATED 12 MARCH AND 12 APRIL 2024
    • PURSUANT TO DEED, HCC TO REFRAIN FROM PURSUING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CO TO ENFORCE ORDERS
    • ENTERED INTO AN UNSECURED LOAN FACILITY FOR UP TO AUD 20 MILLION WITH ENERGY WORLD INTERNATIONAL
