A lot of the costs are fixed costs, you have wages of full time employees taking up which is 5 million a quarter right now. Also manufacturing and operating costs cant really be stopped unless you want no product to sell, and thats around 12 million a quarter.
Also in regards to the supply, doesnt matter if they sell on market or not, the supply is out there, and will make its way to the market eventually if anyone wants to make money from their investment. Also a CR will obviously increase supply directly on market.
