I see it as this... A person receiving a delivered Pizza contracts the virus... meaning that anyone reciving a delivered pizza could also get the virus and it opens a pandoras box of , how did he get it from the box etc... then whoever handled the box could also get it and the list goes on, and if it stays on a box, it means anything a contagious person touches is now under scrutiny..
