One thing I noted was that the Belgravia $2 million was earmarked for AI purposes.
There was no mention of using it pay the director's loan off as well as the remainder of the Excite acquisition , which is past due.
Most likely could be raise of around $750,000 to pay these off, hopefully at a good raise price.
