I believe you should either sell on market or accept the Ramelius offer but hey, i am a bad judge sometimes but on this occasion i think it is best to move one way or the other.
As for becoming a Ramelius shareholder, why wouldn't you?
Hell, they have certainly got the runs on the board to the tune of $100 million plus!! even after this takeover. They must be doing something right. Further, i am not a penny pincher but a fairly good chance RMS will pay an on going dividend.
