My bet is the eventual off take partner will provide a $65m advance which will cover their first 1mt of product from the SHIP project.

They get their 1st shipment at a huge discount to the going rate as the sweetener and FAS secure the funding without being out of pocket and without having to give away any more of the project. Everyone's happy, including shareholders, well some of us anyway.

Remember Alliance no doubt have deep enough pockets to fund 100% of this so the $65m short fall was put in place for a reason.

Simple, obvious and very reasonable arrangement IMO.

Let's see how this plays out.
