    July 6 (Reuters) - Fantastic Holdings Ltd (FAN) :

    • Says announced changes to its south Australian operations
    • Says anticipated that there will be staff redeployments and reductions within

      the group

    • Group expects FY 2016 EBIT, before the one off non recurring charges, to be approximately 30% above FY 2015
    • In fiscal year 2016, trading has deteriorated and le cornu will incur trading

      losses of circa $4 million

    • Says as a consequence of the changes Fantastic Holdings Ltd will incur a one

      off non recurring charge of $9.1 million
