The only clarification I'm looking for is what is the deal with the 3rd party that could kill the WPL pe?
If WPL were alluding to FARs oil sales agreement with Glencore, imo, Glencore will make it a problem, more so now, given the direction of the price of oil. But I think Glencore may not want to take on Lukoil, WPL on the other hand.
But, the only clarification I can offer on the subject, is that management incompetence, imo, has once again been revealed as evidently they failed to think of canceling the agreement with the third party soon after they had failed to secure financing.
The only clarification I'm looking for is what is the deal with...
