The fact that FAR hasn’t announced the meeting date to approve the WPL acquisition of SNE must indicate they are working on an alternate transaction, whether that’s getting the Lukoil bid unconditional, bank funding or something else.
I am fairly sure they would have announced a new meeting date to approve the sale by now if they weren’t close on something else.
