PC did actually say they had problems with Lukoil.
They pre empted CNE's share because of it.
He actually said it was up to WPL to make sure they don't get over 33%.
Fact is WPL can only ever sell down to 49% then they are stuck forever unless they unload the lot.
I don't think WPL will accept that risk because what happens if the 33% rate changes to 25%?
