Imo. Finding the oil has much to do with luck. When a start-out explorer relying on SH funding happens to get lucky, their focus from that point on should be solely on getting that find to production and bringing home a return to those that invested in them ... nothing else should be pursued until they first achieve that obligation. It went to their heads, they were just lucky, that's all.
