Not necessarily I think. At the moment all members are paying FARs share of development (defaulted cash calls). If WPL buy it ... buy price + bigger share of development cost. If FAR crawl back to WPL because no interest found in current market ... offer $1 (for being a pita last 3 years) or just wait to Christmas and share in the 15% spoils for zero and other non tangibles.
