Agree that the odds are in favour of a deal with WPL if FAR are awarded declaratory relief but only just.
This is not going to be a big upheaval IMO if FAR win and WPL are pushed out. Big oil would hit the ground running no need to poach WPL staff, no new technology here, most are fully familiar with this sort of installation and FEED has been outsourced.
My main concern is WPL’s track record for delivering over budget. Although this is just a bigger but similar concept to WPL’s Enfield and Vincent projects so perhaps they have since smartened up their act.
