Wonder what the big end of town make of the tactics to deliberately weaken FAR, after all they have much more skin in the game than us small potatoes.
You would think the top ten investors would insulate FAR from any negativity or perhaps they have a good idea all where this is leading too and are just happy to go along for the ride.
The arbitrators will soon pass on their recommendations to the ICC and my understanding it’s normal for the ICC to take a further two weeks to deliberate and finalise their report to the parties involved.
The parties must now have a good indication on how this is going to pan out. Not much longer too wait.
