IMO management have performed poorly in extracting a deal. To leave it in the hands of the gods of law is just plan pathetic. We holders have paid the board to do nothing for the last three years sitting on a decision. I am concerned about the company despite CN"s natural grin and IMO she is a bit naive. Had we known this sheniligan I would have bailed. No one believes her now about FAR been biggest in asx or that rubbish.
