Davy Boy. I am not being critical here, I too thought FAR were not seeking damages until 12/12/19. However in their latest releases on 12/12/19 "Equity Raising to Finance Sangomar Phase 1 Presentation" for the first time that I recall FAR have said they "are seeking Declaratory Relief, or, in the alternative, monetary damages". See below.
