i agree that Cath’s earlier talk about financing gave shareholders some expectation that funds would be raised mostly without the need for an equity issue. More than that I think we have been let down by the size of the dilution .., caused in part by having to raise at such a low price. Those taking the new shares have done really well but its at the expense of existing shareholders!
To be fair though FAR was not anticipating the jv would purchase an FPSO when those earlier comments were made.
