This youtube was posted on FAR thread around a week ago.
As this youtube explains control of the share price has happened to FAR. Meridian after the shares issued recently will end up with around 30% of FARs asset at a low price, and when added to their existing 15% puts them around 45% of shares on issue.This puts Meridian in a strong position to have a successful takeover of FAR at a low offer price.
Meridian has successfully taken a lot of the value of FAR.
