.. agreed .. as the clock runs down to default and other suitors (and that is looking increasingly like a bloody joke) disappear, WPL could well retract their offer and end up with FAR's Senegal % for zip as these cretans default and lose the lot ..
.. that said .. management retain their jobs if the WPL Senegal buy offer progresses, so they can return to exploring and retain their massive salaries after killing the value for the biggest oil find for 2014 ..
