I'm just an ordinary SH therefore I have not been informed of the details of FARs Agreement with a Third Party. WPL brought it to my attention because in the sale contract with FAR, WPL has specified a condition that FARs Agreement with a Third Party must be satisfactorily resolved. FAR management has stated that WPL could waive that condition if WPL so choose - that's just stating the obvious ... imo, that statement is managements attempt to down-play it.
