Yes, it's puzzling that the placement went ahead without this condition having been met. And yet, thus far, none of the placees appear to have done anything about it. Nor have FAR clarified the position, although thats par for the course.
I find it hard to believe that the AGM will just come and go without fireworks of some kind. Not long to wait.
