Yes you would think that the Instos checked. But they never did get $350m, they got $300m. And FAR never gave us their definition of "binding" (the out clauses etc).
Good to see you still posting and for what its worth you were always straight up and backed up your posts with facts/stated your honest opinion. Its not a hanging offence to be optimistic! I, along with many others, was as well.
How do you see it all playing out? FAR at least has some time to pull a rabbit out of the hat. But I don't think it will be a very large rabbit.....
The markets are crazy. DOW, Nasdaq and Oz are still very high given the unemployment and economic devastation that is coming. I've started shorting (CFDs) the major indexes. Might still catch up with you for a rodent bbq under that bridge some time (can't afford the Doggo burgers at the moment).
