OG its impossible now.....but it was not impossible at Christmas as they announced they had finance....at least most of it.
I still believe it may well have been possible if we only had to find 411 million instead of 585.
We had 100 million. They could have raised 200 million from the banks and did the rest later as they were going to do anyway.
I think we would still be in the game even with China Virus and the oil crash.....but we will never know now.

What the cost reality is/will be and what WPL want as cash calls are 2 different things I understand that but if the budget is 4.2 billion instead of 3 billion then you need to have the funding for the budget WPL hand you.
It was clear from the drop of 50 million, 350 to 300, with the first finance package that FAR were at the maximum borrowing level IMO.
Had we only needed 200 million we would have stood a chance.
3 months prior to lease expiry and 4 months before needing an extra 165 million, pretty much the unsecured amount, screwed us big time.
I don't think CNE are out of the woods either.
