Yes DB, everyone knew there could be repercussions pursuing PE. It's managements job to work out the risk/reward and manage the risks. We heard from WPL for some months that the arbitration was hampering finance yet we continued on our path. What could go wrong? We are seeing the repercussions after letting those dice roll. This gamble looks like we could lose the shirts off our backs. Didn't help finding out after arbitration ended that WPL did everything legally but just exploited a weakness in our own contracts, one that even CNE appeared to be aware of.
