I can also say that these people should refund the last placement as PF did not go ahead. Also the PE rights- they carried on around the market for years arguing they had them and we learn from the Arbitration - "... the agreement did not cater for a corporate transaction" ... they knew this before the raisings and years ago but kept telling anyone who would listen they were going to win!!!!
Absolute carpet baggers in my opinion. How can they justify any salaries going forward - they should refund their after tax salaries that were paid under false pretenses IMHO what a joke!!!!!
