40% more cost or not, is a moot point. FAR stated they had binding finance when in fact they had NO finance.

The warning signs were there all the time;

1 year PE
55% COS Samo
etc. etc.

PE was an 'exploration drill' mentality in Caths eyes....when what we needed was a 'production skillset' mentality. CN has been exposed as a one trick pony. Time for her to move back into the exploration office and bring in a more robust leader She's strong and determined, no doubt, she just doesn't have the overall smarts required or was required a year ago. It's a c@#k up of monumental proportions.

Your harping on about the change in FPSO is just hindsight fuzzy noise. When the reality is that a different mindset at the helm could have quite easily sensed the building risks surrounding PE/FID/FINANCE a full year ago and come out of the exercise way back then with a possible JV financed production deal way before any bloody virus inflicted oil downturn.
