All I have done Base is point out what actually transpired and, IMO, why we find ourselves without finance. Up until you made the 2 year finance statement I had not really looked at the timeline from 3 billion to 4.2 billion. By any measure 3 months is not the time required to raise the extra. CNE haven't managed it yet and will struggle IMO, Petrosen couldn't without WPL's help, bizarre given they would have access to all manner of borrowing....not enough time to organise an extra 336 million? and FAR have failed.
We may have had a real chance at 411 million not so much at 580 IMO, but I accept its all white noise even if it is based on the facts.
