1. WPL need more WI to stop being voted out of operator.
If FAR and CNE sold 30% an incoming entity could ask for their vote to become operator and with the government be able to do it IMO.
2. I have said several times that FAR would be under pressure from the government to get the show on the road.
FAR have been open to a deal from WPL/COP from day one so I don't think being told they will settle is it, they have had over 3 years to do that.
The only way WPL have certainty IMO is if COP are going to compensate FAR if they win PE.
Has the real deal here been done between COP and FAR allowing WPL to stay?
