For the 500 sands, I am sure they will get at least USD $5 per barrel.
But I don't think you will get USD $5 a barrel for the 400 sands. Its not connected. Having compartments will mean a lot more expenditure to extract the oil trapped there. Probably explains why the RF overrall is around 13%.
