    Good Afternoon all,

As we all know a capital raising was required by the first quarter next year and as such I find it interesting that their is shock and horror.
The tech has not failed, the share price is not 2 cents. In fact I drove past this week and saw the machine operating outside in 40c temperatures
Interesting to note that the capital raising was for $4m however the subscriptions received was for $5.5m.
The proceeds for the capital raising could be used to procure new Hadrian X body parts sourced from around the world and put together in perth.
That could be why the cap rising was fast tracked, in the scheme of things another $10m-11m in new share allotment is minimal.
Why would they raise only $10m? As they know funding is in the pipeline from other parties JV or other.

Why would management do a roadshow when they are not obliged to do one?
Because they want to explain to everyone who missed out on the AGM the future of the company, specifically how Weinerburger needs FBR in order to maintain their market position and expand.

On a side note Weinerburger has 2 positions that are advertised that directly refer to forming a strategic alliance with Weinerburger.
The hadrian X was pictured in Weinerburgers 200 year anniversary magazine with a brief article.

Ask yourself has any major shareholders sold any shares recently? The answer is no.
Did 98% of people approve a 10% placement facility? Yes
Does the company currently have a joint venture agreement with Brickworks? yes
Has brickworks, summit, archistruct and Weinerburger done due diligence on FBR? Yes
Has the build been validated by an independent structural engineer? Yes
Has the government approved use of the Hadrian X for the display build and all other builds Australia wide? Yes

The Hadrian X can build a 3 x 2 structure in 2 days as per the chairman, with confirmation that it could currently do the build in 1 day.
If you are an investor do the numbers and work out the revenue from one machine and ask yourself what that revenue would look like x 100.
But the is only one revenue stream, New patents for other construction technologies are being filed constantly this is not just a robot bricklayer.

Please attend the meeting as you can ask all the questions you like and make an informed decision on your investment.
Everyone who attended the AGM asked relevant questions on finance, Weinerburger, Mexico, Saudi , funding, speed of machine and protection of IP. I came away satisfied and knew the direction the company was heading.
