Hoping the capital raise is not for a discount on the current share price (or equal) ... this would be really disappointing. As this will be "money for jam" for the institutional investors reaping a nice instant profit given the current announcement!! Hopefully raised at a very significant premium. Existing shareholders would jump at the opportunity to buy more shares at the current pricing given this announcement and most likely a major increase in share value.

At least MSB in their most recent capital raise offered existing shareholders an opportunity to participate in the capital raise at the same price as institutions. Not that this has necessarily been beneficial, however enabled existing shareholders to avoid dilution.
