- it is proven cheaper than traditional bricklaying. Roger Montgomery recently blog posted that Sydney bricklayers have dropped their prices from 1.80 a brick to 1.40. How will Hadrian be able to do it cheaper in Australia? Almost impossible in my opinion. Why would the house owner care if his walls were built in two weeks instead of three days? Price is everything.

- the machine is proven reliable. I have big doubts about this. It will take years to iron out kinks. It is going to need a very skilled tradesman/computer expert to run this machine. He/she will expect to be paid very well, especially in Perth.

- it is still too big in my opinion. I was riding around the Bushmead development the other day and the Hadrian is going to be a huge pain in the ass for other tradies and deliveries, especially in areas where houses are going up next to each other. This on blocks about 500sqm which is almost large these days.

- it needs a bloody forklift to load it. This a far bigger issue than has been given credence on this forum. Takes up room, costs money and will need to be driven by the Hadrian operator nearly non stop if it is as fast as everyone thinks.

I will leave all the other technical issues to people that actually know what they are talking about and work in the industry. Posters like troopy.

Far too much pie in the sky dreaming on these forums because the posters all think this is the next apple or Microsoft and they are going to get mega rich. That’s why most don’t even care about dilution or management integrity.

Just my opinion but fbr need to move all manufacturing and head office to a cheaper jurisdiction and need a very big cornerstone investor to throw money at it.

Right now is the riskiest time for this company.
