    • NOROMA 1 WELL WAS IMPACTED BY HIGH PRESSURE FRAC WATER, WELLBORE COULD NOT BE SALVAGED
    • WELLBORE WAS TEMPORARILY ABANDONED EXCEPT FOR TOP-HOLE SECTION WHICH WILL BE REUSED AT A LATER DATE
    • FREEDOM AGREED TO OFFSET OPERATOR'S USAGE OF DRILLING RIG FOR APPROXIMATELY 60 DAYS
