The plot thickens now too, with mention of Stockland also approaching Novion with an apparently 'superior bid' (the Friday Australian). So although it is being described as a merger, it may b that Novion is actually up for grabs. With this development, its going to be hard to pin down what is actually influencing our share price until the Novion situation is finalised.
