    Novion hasn't made any announcement to their shareholders regarding another offer.
    The market doesn't seem excited either NVN down slightly today.

    Meanwhile FDC is down a further 2% to $2.88 today making this a substantial slump from $3.10 before the announcement.
    If Clarion are continuing to divest a chunk of their holding at the same time, this doesn't help.
