These guys had a net loss of 5.5million last year. Since the IPO they have diluted shareholders by at least half and this capital raise will be lucky if it lasts to the end of the year. So what happens at the end of the year. Another capital raise, more dilution of shareholder value, all the while giving themselves a bunch of shares, higher salaries and options every quarter?
