Finbar Group Limited (ASX:FRI) says its Aurelia Project in South Perth achieved $66 million in sales on opening weekend.
The West Australian focussed property developer scored development approval for the JV project at the end of last year and plans to start construction in June.
Aurelia will comprise of 118 apartments including one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as two top floor penthouses.
Finbar says the weekend sales were predominantly from the local market and have bolstered what is already a strong pre-sales pipeline for the company.
Finbar Group reported a net profit of $11.35 million in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
